For more than 20 years, Mr. Michaelis was technically and commercially responsible for the directly held real estate portfolio of a large professional pension scheme. In addition to carrying out the purchase und sale, Mr. Michaelis examined a multiple of the actually selected and completed projects during the bid evaluation. For the selected offers, the acquisition processes were managed from the preparation of committee templates, due diligence, contract negotiations, signing and closing, construction supervision and, if necessary, subsequent letting. He also supervised the management, letting, maintenance, repairs, modernization and refurbishment of the existing properties.
In addition, he has been preparing valuation reports and rental appraisals for private and public clients and for the courts for over 20 years.
The entire range of uses, from large residential complexes, urban development, retail space in premium locations, health facilities, traditional office space in top locations as well as peripheral areas, to theaters or large unoccupied properties, were the subject of the aforementioned activities.
The focus of our activities was and is always interdisciplinary - technical, commercial, sales-oriented.
